FAQs

A single treatment will, on average, take around 4 to 7 hours. In the morning, you will be lying face down as the grafts are removed. Lunch will be provided. After lunch, we make the holes in the receptor area and then implant the grafts. In the afternoon, you will be sitting upright. Throughout the treatment you will be able to watch films and take breaks.

No, you will not feel anything during the procedure. Of course, a local anesthetic is administered in the treatment area. Our team applies a new, virtually painless anesthetic especially for this technique.

The number of grafts required depends on your degree of baldness and your wishes. Additionally, the number of hairs that can be transplanted depends on the size of the donor area and any scars present. Propensity for bleeding, hair colour, and skin structure are also factors. In a normal procedure, some 3,000-5,000 grafts (average 2.5 hairs per graft) can be transplanted in a treatment day.

The wounds created after a FUE treatment session are so minuscule, they require virtually no recovery process. After four days, you will be able to wash your hair as normal, and we know from our prior treatments that there are generally no visible effects at that point. Within seven to ten days , all visible signs of the treatment will have vanished.

Because we use needles no larger than 0.6 millimetres in diameter, there will be no visible scars and you will be able to style your hair in any way you like.

In theory, all transplanted hairs will ‘take’. In practice, the grafts are the most vulnerable in the first few days after treatment, and you may lose a few. You can minimize this number by following our instructions.

We will assess the final result in the clinic starts six months after treatment. The transplanted grafts will start growing immediately after treatment; however, we can’t predict how many grafts this involves. The transplanted hairs may also fall out two to eight weeks after treatment. The transplanted tissue is strongly anchored in the skin and will produce new hair. This takes time, which is why we wait nine months to determine whether all of the transplanted hairs have started growing.

The transplanted hairs come from a donor area that is not susceptible to hormone-related hair loss. These qualities are also maintained at the new site, which means the hair will not fall out. The only exception to this is a hair condition like alopecia areata. Should someone require chemotherapy, this will have a negative impact on all of the hair on the head. Fortunately, we know from experience that the hair recovers and regrows – including the transplanted hair.

You can fly 3-4 days after the treatment. To allow the tiny wounds caused by the procedure to heal, we recommend that you do not spend time in the sun until all the small scabs are gone.

If you want the donor area to be covered after the treatment, we recommend that you grow your hair on the back and sides to a length of at least 8 centimetres. The best results are obtained by shaving the entire head, although for obvious, aesthetic reasons, this is not generally done on women.

Both the consultation and the treatment are conducted by certified doctors and nursing staff.

At present, the price per treatment  do not depends on the number of grafts transplanted and we can provide you the most suitable package for your needs. Every graft can produce 1 to 4 hairs. However, we provide the highest number of grafts we can or should remove depends on the quality of the skin and hair follicules, the size of the donor area, the presence of scars and, of course, the client’s needs. Afro-textured hair needed more expertise to be treated because the curled structure of the hair continues into the hair follicle. Because of the subcutaneous curl, the hair stem cells need more attention to be removed with enough precision.
